Siapkan loyang bulat diameter 22 cm, tata buah"an pada dasar loyang, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bahan I: Rebus air, agar", gula pasir, dan pewarna merah. Aduk rata, angkat. Tambahkan air jeruk nipis dan esens, aduk kembali hingga rata. Tuang ke dlm loyang berisi buah secara perlahan agar tdk goyang atau berpindah tempat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bahan II: rebus agar", air, gula pasir, dan pewarna merah. Masak hingga mendidih, angkat. Tambahkan esen, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuangkan adonan agar" yg masih panas ke dlm putih telur kocok sambil diaduk rata. Kemudian tuang di atas agar" I, biarkan hingga beku, dan keluarkan dari loyang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Oles loyang bentuk mangkuk dg margarin. Sementara itu, ayak tepung dan coklat bubuk, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masak margarin, gula palem, dan coklat masak dg api kecil sampai coklat leleh, angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kocok telur sampai kental lalu masukkan campuran margarin, aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang adonan telur ke dlm adonan tepung sambil diaduk perlahan hingga rata. Tambahkan susu, aduk kembali hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan ke dlm cetakan, lalu panggang di atas loyang yg diisi air selama 60 menit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Buat saus: masak coklat masak, krim, dan margarin sampai leleh. Setelah puding matang dan dingin balik di atas piring lalu siram dg saus. Kocok mentega bersama sebagian gula dan susu kental manis sampai putih. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil terus dikocok.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masak sisa gula, agar-agar dan susu cair hingga mendidih, biarkan hingga agak dingin.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kemudian masukkan adonan agar" ke dlm mentega kocok, sambil terus dikocok hingga rata. Tambahkan kocokan putih telur, aduk kembali hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Campur 1/3 adonan dengan coklat bubuk dan sisanya dibiarkan putih. Tuangkan sebagian adonan putih dalam loyang yg sudah diolesi margarin dan dialasi kertas roti. Beri adonan coklat di atasnya dan tutup dengan sisa adonan putih. Rebus ubi jalar, agar-agar, susu cair, gula pasir, dan pewarna merah sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. Angkat. Tuang ke dlm loyang ukuran 20 x 20 cm. Biarkan hingga dingin dan beku.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu halus, diamkan selama 2 jam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan air lalu kukus selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Goreng dengan api kecil hingga kecoklatan dan matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips:&lt;br /&gt;Selama dikukus, ayam sebaiknya diletakkan di pinggan tahan panas. Selama pengukusan, ayam akan mengeluarkan air/kaldu. Tusuk" ayam dengan garpu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Taburkan ragi instan ke ayam, hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan bumbu halus, aduk rata lalu diamkan selama 2 jam.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan ke dalam panci bertekanan. Tambahkan santan, serai, daun salam, dan lengkuas. MAsak selama 3 jam. Atau kukus selama 5 jam.&lt;br /&gt;5. Rebus ayam, bumbu halus, dan honje sampai berubah warna. Tuang air sedikit" sambil dimasak hingga daging ayam lunak dan bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga kering dan matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Buat sambal, haluskan seluruh bahan sambal. Tambahkan air dan air jeruk limau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips:&lt;br /&gt;1. Ada baiknya ayam dimemarkan hingga memar betul. Dg begitu keharuman honje meresap sampai di dlm ayam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus ayam bersama lengkuas, salam, serai, dan bumbu halus didalam santan sambil diaduk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Setelah ayam empuk, keluarkan ayam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ukur air rebusan ayam 250 ml, masukkan kelapa sangrai yang sudah dihaluskan. Celupkan ayam ke dalamnya lalu goreng sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang air celupan ayam tadi ke dalam minyak dan biarkan hingga kecoklatan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Celupkan ayam ke dalam campuran tepung lalu goreng dalam minyak goreng hingga kecoklatan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Sisa tepung digoreng dalam minyak panas. Tumis bumbu halus hingga matang, bagi menjadi 2 bagian.&lt;br /&gt;2. Satu bagian diadukkan ke daun singkong lalu diisikan ke perut ayam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sisa bumbu dilumuri ke ayam.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bungkus ayam dengan daun pisang lalu kukus selama 45 menit.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun salam, dan lengkuas hingga harum dan matang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan ayam sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan air asam jawa. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang santan cair lalu aduk sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan santan kental. Masak sambil diaduk hingga kuah mengental.&lt;br /&gt;5. Lumuri ayam dengan air asam jawa, air jeruk nipis, dan garam, diamkan selama 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bumbu halus, sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan ayam dan aduk hingga berubah warna. Tuangkan air dan kecap, aduk sampai bumbu terserap.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bakar ayam dan bumbu di bara api hingga harum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips: Ayam sebaiknya baru dibakar menjelang disajikan.
